Apologies: Chris, Anja

Susie: Relays update from Anja

Susie: New data sets have been added to the data set evaluation matrix, a matrix on common identifiers used in the data sets has been created, and the LODD cloud has been posted on the wiki.

Susie: Updates from Anja -> http://esw.w3.org/topic/HCLSIG/LODD/Data/DataSetEvaluation

Susie: Update from Chris is that he has two students have started working on the interlinking famework

Susie: Chris also requested that we make more progress on the use cases.

Susie: Apology from Marc-Alexander Nolin that he can't join the call today due to a telcon problem.

Susie: Focus call on prioritizing the questions that we have defined for patients, physicians, and pharmaceutical companies.

Susie: Use the following rating system.

Susie: 1 = key question, easy(ish) to implement, and therefore top priority

Susie: 2 = important question, harder to implement, and therefore focus on in phase two.

Susie: 3 = less critical questions, or very hard to implement, so reconsider at a later point.

Susie: Goal is to add more data to the LOD cloud, and to persuade data providers to post data as RDF.

Bosse: There could be ethical considerations in giving patients access to the data.

Bosse: Patients should typically only act on the data in consultation with their physician

Kei: The questions that are easy to ask depend upon the interface.

Susie: Less discuss LOD interfaces when Chris is on the call.

Susie: The group ranked the 'patient' questions

Susie: All proposed questions -> http://esw.w3.org/topic/HCLSIG/LODD/Business

Susie: Don agreed to determine possible data sets and identifiers for assessing 'What other drugs are available for this disease?' by Nov. 26.

Susie: Scott and Susie agreed to determine possible data sets and identifiers for assessing 'Are there ongoing clinical trials for this disease?' by Nov. 26.

Susie: Bosse agreed to determine possible data sets and identifiers for "Am I suitable for this clinical trial in terms of my location, ethnic background, and other inclusion criteria?" by Nov. 26.

Susie: Jun and Kei agreed to determine possible data sets and identifiers for "Are there natural alternatives to this drug?" by Nov. 26.

Susie: Next call on Nov. 26
