The WAP1 WTAI spec introduces a new URI scheme:
wtai://wp/mc/+18165551212
means that a mobile phone browser, hitting this URI, would initiate a dialog with the mobile phone user whether to place a call to that number, send an SMS message, or store the number in the address list of the mobile phone.
